The Culture of Banana Plantations

Burundi and Rwanda have a similar language with some words which differ. They both have a common history. There are times when in Burundi there were more men than women and this time it is Rwanda. It is probably due to the Banana plantations. I wonder if in Bukoba in Tanzania and because of the name, I wonder if there are banana plantations in Tanzania like in Ecuador.
